Welcome to our Internal Information Channel

FORITUDE FISHING in compliance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory infringements and helping the fight against corruption, has developed and implemented the internal information management system. Within this system, it has implemented the internal information channel, available to persons with links to this entity who wish to report possible irregularities and acts of corruption in a confidential and protected manner.

The purpose of this channel is twofold: on the one hand, to enable reporting by persons who, in an employment or professional context, as referred to in Article 3 of the Law, detect serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences as provided for in Article 2 of the Law; and on the other hand, to protect such persons from possible reprisals.

In accordance with the principles of transparency and safeguarding contemplated in law, this channel guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the person reporting, as well as the prohibition of reprisals and protection against adverse consequences arising from the reporting. All reports received will be treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality, complying with the protection regulations, and the necessary measures will be taken to investigate and sanction any reported regulatory infringement or act of corruption in a fair and effective manner.

This channel provides people with a safe and reliable space where they can make their voice heard and contribute to the fight against corruption. Through this channel, all those who have relevant information about possible regulatory violations or corrupt acts are invited to come forward and give their testimony in a responsible manner.

The information (Reporting) can be given with the identification of the informant (reporter), or even anonymously. If you wish to remain anonymous, simply check the "Anonymous Reporting" box.
